You didn't get the MM option because of the category you listed under. A
book, CD or DVDs carries a 12% final value fee - whereas the "toy"
category you used only carries a 10% FVF. So intentional or not, you
avoided paying 2% extra in seller's fees.
Was this headset in a sealed box/package? If not did you post pictures
of the actual item from all angles? If you have the pics study them
closely - ask the buyer to send you pictures of the damage. If he sends
you the pics, compare them to yours.......
