Photo editing/kicks out of the listing

When I try to edit a photo I get kicked out of the listing and the photo does not edit.

Just wondering if anyone else received an email on the 7th to list for free and the offer ended on the 6th? I want to tell ebay but I don't want to call and wait. Any other way to let them know?
