Well, unfortunately no mistake but a conscious decision by Ebay. They
have shut down the possibilty to list chili pepper seeds (and apparently
other types of seed too) if you are not a US resident, selling on
Ebay.com. And the reason seems to be the ...
I have the same strange problem. I'm from Sweden and I've been selling
chili pepper seeds on Ebay.com for over a year and suddenly I can't list
new ones. This can't be correct.
