Does anyone know how to file a claim for UPS Saver. I went to both UPS

It was a lifesize cutout of Mr Goodwrench made from metal sheet, about
1/16 to 1/8 thick. Then I put in between two thin sheets of plywood so
it was just about an inch in depth when packed.
