i had to cancel an item that I sold the money was on hold in manage payments eBay took out of my bank account instead and Inever received the money in my bank account for the sale I had to cancel.

I refund a buyer now he's wanting me to ship the item to him for free.

the buyer is claiming there's A administrator password the problem is when I set up the computer I never put administrator password I think he's trying to scam me.

I'M a eBay seller and I sold an item right after I sold an item the buyer decided to canceland I refunded his money and PayPal shows his money was refunded.but he's claiming I didn't refund his money.I would like to let eBay know what's going on but ...
