what is the policy of a buyer leaving negative feedback because they
didn't like your shipping rate even thou it is stated in your
description on how you do your shipping in big print?
Hi, i had this lady send me 3 best offers on 1 of my items and i
declined all of her offers because they were ridiculous low and now she
keeps emailing me asking why i declined her offers
i would think the package would go back to the seller and then if the
buyer wants it still they would have to pay the shipping again. (My
thought on that)
