I haddd 33k in active listings before this bot stuff started, I have less than 5k in listings now because of lack of customer support

I am. I would never be so aggressive if I hadn't had issues. I've been selling here for years. I used to get decent support sometimes.

i'm paying out 13% plus shipping plus promotional fees. I sell knives and gemstones worth well over 1k. I pay out nearly 18% to ebay on each transaction. That is highway robbery when support calls me a *** to my face.
