My item did not arrive .FedEx admitted they lost it and refunded the
money to the seller .I can not get in touch with anyone because eBay
closed my case.so now I'm out my water heater and my money ??
eBay FedEx is now saying I need to contact the shipper EDA CLOUD
INTERNATIONAL I C to get info on this claim if you can help id really
