I'm in the same boat. Ebay isn't releasing funds after items are
delivered with tracking and not even when positive feedback is left.
It's impossible to get hold of anyone.
He's talking about eBay holding your money for days after item is
delivered with tracking and positive feedback. It's happening to me too.
It just started happening this week. I have $1500 on hold and half of it
should've been released 3-4 days ago.
