Won the bid...paid for the item and now the seller emails me to state
that he made an error with the shipping and I need to send an additional
10.00. Is this allowed?
I recently won an auction and paid almost immediately. Today the seller
emails me and states that the shipping was incorrect and that I need to
pay an additional $10.00! Is this allowed?
