I am so confused. I thought that Managed payments did not have anything

Hello, I am a VERY NEW seller on eBay. My question is this. After an
item sells and say there was only 1 listed. Does it still show on my
account so others can see? If so, am I supposed to delete the listing or
does eBay do that? Thanks in advance.
