Thank you for the help and sorry for the confusion by having this on two
different boards. As stated by everyone, I definitely understand at this
point that I filed the wrong case, although I still think it's a dumb
game to play to not take the claim...

Thank you for the clarity and help, to everyone here really who was
nicely trying. I understand I opened the wrong case, and you can blame
me for taking "did not receive" literally and not knowing eBays policies
thoroughly enough to have avoided this...
