Had this happen multiple times, unfortunately the listings would not pop
up in our active so the item would sell and we have to cancel the order
of no fault of our own. Wish they would fix these ghost listings.
Have had the same thing happen to us, or saying the item doesn't work
because it was installed incorrectly or they bought the wrong thing and
didn't know and fried it. Guess its the cost of doing business here.
Sales have definitely been dropping, even since January but especially
compared to last year. We have also seen an uptick in Returns on items
that have been installed which means that we can no longer resell those
