Do any stamp dealers use the "Sync with Hip Stamp" function? If so, do you have any problems with it?

I'm a stamp dealer. My sales are up about 300% since May. They have never been better. I don't have any answers for you, but I have a completely opposite experience. I hope you find a solution.
