I am trying to accept a seller's counter offer, but when I click on it I just get the blank page and spinning circle. 2 different browsers.

Bought an item from seller that said it was in New York and would arrive mid-March. Now seller says item won't be shipped until May, if then. Changed description to read item is special order and comes from Vietnam. Seller should be blacklisted.

Sold a laptop that the buyer never paid for. Filed an unpaid item dispute and closed it out after a week and now I can't leave feedback for the non-paying buyer. Why is that?
