messages ) to purchase an item.I made an offer , he countered’ I
accepted. He, then ghosted me for several hours. 5hi...
So, I shipped the item immediately, customer very happy, left positive
feedback but Ebay is still holding my funds BECAUSE THEY CAN.I see this
as illegal, certainly immoral.Policy states buyer must have no
complaints...he doesn't.WHAT KIND OF BUSINES...
