so, ebay asked me to verify paypal account. So i can buy with it. I did
by logging in and linking it. But, it said it wont said the restriction
again when I wanted to buy it. What do I do?
So i bought a virtual item in ebay. They said they would deliver it via
ebay message. The seller hasn't gave it to me. I also was gonna refund
it because I realized i dont need it anymore. What can I do?
