Be careful. I used Terminology that I got straight from an ebay email to me about offering layaway through the paypal plan. That is the only way it can be offered and yet when I posted that to my 1000 plus items they (ebay) still removed my listings.

I had 500 items removed for offering easy layway terms for potentila buyers. An ebay rep said not only that can't be done, but that it is illegal to buy on layaway terms in some States in this USA? Has anyone ever heard of this? I can't find a State ...
