I have won numerous items from a seller. I have a feeling they aren't
going as high as they would like so they cancel the bids and relist with
error in listing.
How do I get a negative that ebay refused to remove looked at again. I
do not agree with their decision is there a dispute process that I am
not seeing. I doubt real reps are even looking at this stuff anymore.
