I feel like this site has really degraded; when it started you were only as good as your word and your rating. Now I am regulary stiffed, either with non-payment or non-delivery. What is the deal? Has anyone else noticed?

I cancelled a purchase and the seller relisted but the app is haranguing me to complete the purchase
