There are many ways to charge us. A charge for every computer you use, a
charge for the air that you breathe or the food/drinks you consume while
listing an item, a charge for taking too much time to list an
item...............endless possibilities.....
I'm from Austria and having the same problem.I wanted to list several
items today after a longer hiatus and on a brand-new computer. First I
thought the problem is on my side, but obviously not.
