I can't find a place to report an issue with my listings. Could Ebay please make it easier to get help? My issue is When I list my items they will not load but they will save to draft but the draft leaves most of the listing I have already filled out...

All of my listings are showing up Free Shipping. I did not choose this and want it changed. How do I reach the right person to help me fix this? slblueyes
