I went in and bid on an item $30 more than the current bid. It was
insufficient and i was immediately outbid. Figured the current high bid
had a higher bid, so I thought about it, at another $30 dollars, it was
still a good buy, I bid an additional $...
Exactly the way I expect it to be, just that the bidder in question was
not listed as current winning bidder the time I place my bid. I
understand everything else. Much appreciated.
