You can ship cards directly to them which avoids sales tax. I have heard
others say that they were reimbursed the shipping costs but not sure how
that is handled. My biggest frustration is it takes weeks for the cards
to re appear in the vault.
I am also having the same issue. I contacted EBay and they were useless.
Send a message to PSA and awaiting a response. Going to keep items in my
cart for now
