Hi, i havent recieved refund for the parcel, which hasnt arrived to me
and has returned to seller as recorded in attachment. However, the case
has been canceled and i am helples.
The dispute was closed (somhow automaticaly).. It is more than 60 days
old.I tried to ask eBay to step In, but it automaticly redirected me to
the page with form to fill ITEM number. If i set the ITEM number, the
system cannot see it. I am helples.
