The last change that eBay made that I regarded as an improvement was
requiring feedback to be tied to a specific transaction. Prior to that,
you could just leave feedback for any seller at any time. That was in
1999 or 2000. It's been a while.
I didn't have the "Hide" option on eBay, but I tried a search in the
community pages and the option was there. Checking that did turn off
suggestions on the main eBay site.Thanks!
