I bought the headphones and they start to break down, the information
says that they have 18 months of manufacturer warranty, how can I use
this warranty if the seller does not respond to messages?
If an warranty on ebay is not available, then why does the product
description say it has an 18-month warranty?The manufacturer and seller
are still in business.
