I agree, this new system of "payouts" stinks. I have YET to receive a single payout since Ebay took this over. Paypal never had an issue getting my deposits to me... SINCE 1999. Ebay blames my credit union. Credit union denies rejecting any deposits....

The item has Velcro, per the manufactures printed insert. To say because the item is not velcro, its Casual Canine is like saying because it is not denim or faux fur, because its Casual Canine.
