I list using my phone, the app is not giving me the choice to select first class shipping or change back listing that were changed to priority when I listed them as first class.
I recieved a refund for item not delivered, however the item eventually was delivered.How do I resubmit payment to buyer?Note: (like myself) the seller doenst know how to handle this situation either.
