I have bought cars, trucks(including a semi), sailboats tools, plants
clothing and many other things off ebay. I think about $30,000 worth of
stuff. I know when it's not working.
When i change the delivery address it declines my cards (2), ones that i
have used on ebay for 15 years. A test with my billing address let the
order go through. I can't receive at my billing address temporarily.
