A few years ago I was selling an item and I forgot to exclude
International shipping (back when you had to check all those boxes) Well
I was only charging $3.99 in shipping fees because I THOUGHT I had put
USA only... but I didn't. It was MY mistake....
There is a place on the eBay website where you can "contact" them... I
think it is by note only... but you could start there..? That would be
the first thing I would try.
