Anyone know whats going on in North Dakota with very slow shipping and
delivery of items? Nothing is being tracked or tracking is rarely
updated!! I sell trading cards and some are delivered over a month late.
Any thoughts ??
I have 360 auctions going now. It's even affecting my Buy-it-Now
listings from 3 weeks ago that are selling. I can't receive $2 for a
buyer then pay $3.50 to mail the card to them. Whats going on.
