Ok I sold a item that was being shipped to PR and it was returned to me for incorrect address or something missing in address.when I returned it back I contacted customer and had hi look over address and he said everything was ok to ship again but no...

i sold something that was dropped off at UPS and the package hasnt moved since it was scanned in. its been over 90 days and my money is on hold again for second time. what happens in this situation? i dropped it of and UPS didnt deliver.
