How to send via media mail after buyer has agreed to shipping?

Hey everyone, I sold a few DVDs to one person and am in the "waiting for payment phase". The buyer wants me to ship the items via media mail, but since the items have sold I cannot go back and change the shipping option. Any suggestions?
