You can't stop ebay from adding best offer, but that doesn't mean you
have to accept less money for your items. Set auto decline to lowest
amount you're willing to accept.
It could be an echeck or that it is being flagged because there was a
problem with the payment. However, do not send it out until you get an
OK from paypal to ship.
