When I list an item and am given shippng options, I choose one. When the
item is sold and I go to purchase the label, it is sometimes not
available. I can't afford to pay more than what was alotted for the
shipping. Does anyone know why this occurs?
I had a customers package returned to me as could not be delivered
improper address. I contacted the customer and he said that he moved and
the forwarding address information isn't working. I'm not sure what to
do? Do I have to eat the cost? I don't ...
