paypal error "Something went wrong"

Getting an generic error from pay pal. Something went wrongPlease go back to eBay Commerce Inc. and choose another way to pay. PayPal isn't available at this time. Check paypal account and all is good.I Get a Text 2FA and that works. Any ideas ?
