How do I get these off my record. I asked the person to cancel my big because I accidentally made a big way too high. They said they couldn't but wouldn't not make me pay if I won. I had no idea if they cancelled the order it would impact my account....

I sold an item for $150 they hit $20 in fees. Then when the money was sent to my bank I only got $90. I don't understand why I only received 90.
