Is Amazon going to release a new Kindle compatible Ebay app or is it going to force us to use the **bleep** Silk browser?

My eBay account has always been tied to my wife's email. I recently tried to change it to my email but it says there is already an eBay account tied to that email. How do I link it to my current account?
