Adolescent Buyer accidentally gave NEG Feedback, doesn't understand Revision

Multiple attempts to have Negative Feedback Revised. Buyer doesn't understand English very well nor the Feedback Revision Request, Is there any way to rectify this? I went from 100% to 95%.. Ugh :-[
