Downloaded Firefox, signed into eBay and Paypal, went to checkout and it worked like a charm. Suck it, Google. Done with your horse$#!(.

I'm having the same issue. Here's the thing -- I think it's a Google problem. I was attempting to clear my cookies and cache and I got the exact same never-ending spinning blue circle. That blue circle is a Google circle, not a Paypal or eBay circle....
