Why hasn't E-Bay fixed the new messaging system? I can't send out any messages and my clients expect to hear from me.

How do you send messages with this new system? There is no place to type in the message.

Lost in the mail

I have been experiencing many lost items in the mail sent to customers. Consequently, I have had to make many refunds. Have other sellers been experiencing the same thing?
