Buyer hasn’t received item but it doesn’t work

Exactly like the subject says. The buyer submits that he hasn’t received the item then messaged me that he plugged my adapter in (which my product didn’t come with one AND I STATED THIS IN THE DESCRIPTION) and now it won’t work...what do I do?
