I've got a return on eBay that doesn't have the payment being held. I
believe this is preventing me from opening a dispute on PayPal regarding
this, can anyone enlighten me? When I go to the resolution center to
file a dispute, it just sends me back ...
Hey guys, I purchased an item on eBay recently, and the seller cancelled
my order without contacting me and stated the reason was customer
request (I assume to avoid fees and me not wanting to cancel.) Now they
are telling people not to purchase from...
You link them the tracking that says delivered and then block the buyer.
Delivered is delivered. They can open a SNAD claim and return an empty
box though.
All they do is send an angry email informing them that they are
returning too many things. They can always go through PayPal tooUnless
multiple sellers report them and call support then nothing ever happens.
Sounds like you're leaving parts out. eBay does not rule in favor until
you can ask them to step in.You have to accept a buyers return even if
your listing states you don't accept returns.
