Yes, I had seen something about freight suggested online, as a way to
specify shipping for an interested buyer. And then I guess one could
invoice the buyer, including the shipping charge? Thanks for explaining
more about how that works, I wasn't sur...

I finally found out how to use the rate table I made. It turns out, the
flat rate the system makes one specify is used as a default when the
rate table doesn't give the rate. I revised my listing to use the
shipping rate table, and it works fine. And...
