How do these "alligator alcatraz" merch listings not violoate the 'offensive materials policy'?

It seems like items that promote and glorify the rounding up of people and placing them in a concentration camp that will likely be overrun by alligators during the next hurricane is surely not something ebay would like to be associated with.
