How is it that a seller can post in a listing "Seller pays for return shipping" not once but twice & also state "I offer free returns on all items." Then deduct the amount for shipping from your refund?What am I missing besides my full refund?
Is it necessary for a buyer to "request a return" to initiate a return?(to avoid extra fees)Or can they just ship it back to me & I then issue a credit / refund?I don't want to be charged ebay fees twice for the same item.I have already received the ...
