If you paid for the item and the listing was removed by eBay, then
please contact eBay regarding the item. They should be able to take care
of that with no problems.
There's not much you can do but wait. It sounds like you bought an item
from china because of the delivery date being 3 months away. Tracking
updates are slow and sometimes they don't even update.
