no they do not stand by any mistakes, they will find zillion reasons why
it was correct to instantly close case in buyer's favor and let them
keep item and money. there is NOTHING you can do as seller!
so apparently everything they do to us is "legal" because set in the
fine print that we sign up to when opening the account. I also can't get
it how is it legal to allow a buyer to keep item and hundreds of dollars
item payment when a return procedur...
