After purchasing an item the seller cancelled item. It has been over a month and I still have not received a refund. I find the automated assistant difficult to navigate and cant get to live help! Grrrrrr!
When using search to find something, everything I enter comes back nothing found. I have tried many different items with the dame results? Any ideas would be great, thank you.
